The agreement Registered Users make during registration.

The site is run by webmasters, site administrators and moderators (WSMs) who are part-time volunteers of the London Volleyball Association (LVA). They will try to remove objectionable material quickly but may miss things so you can help by telling us when you see anything unsuitable. In using the site you acknowledge that any views and opinions are those of the author and not of the LVA unless annotated with ‘LVA Executive’ or similar.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, libellous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated or any other unsuitable material. Doing so may lead to you being banned (and your service provider being informed). We record IP addresses of all posts to aid enforcement of these conditions. Creating multiple accounts for a single user is not allowed.

You agree that the WSMs have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit.

As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While we will not disclose this information to any third party without your consent the WSMs cannot be held responsible for data being compromised due to malicious interventions.
