Phoenix take the honors

AVC London shade Lionhearts Pride

Phoenix v AVC was one of the fixtures consumed by the virus leading to a slightly unsatisfactory conclusion to the season especially as the latter had suffered from a “walk-over” at Wimbledon who ended the contest in a creditable fourth position. Lionhearts Pride showed their class in beating AVC at the very start of the season so will be slightly disappointed with third place while Fireball were clearly stronger than the three teams that finished below them.

A single win separated Londinium from Flaming Six Cougars while Tunnel Diggers failed to record a win although they did take a set off both Londinium and AVC. They would have been looking forward to finishing the season entertaining Fireball.
