SQUAD and Rebels restart the season

Flood of fixtures follow Christmas

The top half of the table is all in contention for promotion at the end of the season. While SQUAD 2 head the group, Lionhearts Predators and IVA Persia have one fewer defeats and played one fewer games and Malory Eagles EBC have also lost once only while playing two fewer times. Good Times have not yet won but they took Besty Boys 2 to five sets and Red Rebels to four. They cannot be ignored

SQUAD 2 and Red Rebels have been asked to get the next part of the season under way on 15th January in a game that will give the division’s leader the chance to stake its claim. Three matches then will follow in quick succession. On 18th Malory Eagles EBC are to take on Good Times with the hosts keen to move into third place and the visitors eager to get off the mark. The same afternoon Besty Boys 2 will be at home to Thunderball. Besty Boys won 3:2 when these teams met at the start of season and everyone is expecting another close game. Next day, IVA Persia will be at home to Lionhearts Predators. Second and third in table, it’s a fixture that should attract the spectators.
